Material Inspection
Raw materials tested for color fastness, tensile strength, and chemical compliance before production begins.
In-Process QC
Each production stage has checkpoints. Operators verify color matching, weave density, and print registration at regular intervals.
Final Inspection
Every batch undergoes 100% visual inspection. Samples are pulled for wash testing, abrasion testing, and adhesion testing.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Before packing, a final audit checks quantity, labeling, packaging quality, and documentation accuracy.
