Our 6-Step Process

Submit your requirements via our contact form or email. Include product type, quantity, design references, and timeline.

Within 24 hours, we review your specs and provide a detailed quote. If design work is needed, our team creates artwork for approval.

We produce physical samples for your approval. 3-5 days for woven/printed labels, 5-7 days for hang tags and heat transfers.

You review samples and request adjustments if needed. Once approved, we finalize production specifications and schedule.

Bulk production begins. 7-15 business days depending on quantity. QC checkpoints at every stage ensure consistency.

Final inspection, packing, and shipping via your preferred method. Tracking provided. Documents and certificates included.

Pantone-matched colors. We send physical color samples for approval before bulk production.

Every re-order matches the original. We retain sample swatches and production records for 3 years.

We commit to delivery dates and meet them. If delays occur (rare), we communicate early — no surprises.

NDA on request. Your designs are yours. We do not reuse or display client work without permission.
