JY PATCH is a patch factory focused on football clubs. We do not make a bit of everything — we put club crests, colours and identity into TPU and silicone patches.

Why only club patches

Club patches have specific constraints: fine crest lines, multiple colours, washing and stretching, and a hard season deadline. We build those constraints into the artwork stage instead of fixing them after bulk.

What is in the factory

12 production lines, in-house artwork and sampling, moulding and transfer workshops, abrasion testing, QC and packing. English and Chinese communication.

What we believe

Proof first, bulk second.
Samples must be made on the real material.
A clear lead time beats a vague “soon”.
If we claim a certification, we can show the paper.
