Artwork & sampling
TPU and silicone each get their own proof. Digital proof first, then a physical sample on the actual material. Fine type and colour are flagged at proof stage.
Production
- TPU: heat-transfer TPU and rubber patches, press parameters tested on your jersey fabric.
- Silicone: flat, 3D embossed, flocked, laser-drilled and multi-material patches.
- Clothing labels: woven crests, neck labels and care labels.
QC & packing
Colour, size and surface detail checked against the approved sample. Every bulk order gets a QC record and can be packed by team, style or size.
